AGENDA
1.         To receive apologies and reason for absence (LGA 1972 s85).
2.         Declarations of interests.
3.         To receive report from Helen Atkin of Action in rural Sussex.
4.         Open Forum – time limit 10 minutes.
5.         Bells Yew Green Village Hall

• To approve the lease of Bells Yew Green Village Hall and land to the Trustees of Bells Yew Green Village Hall.
• To agree the length of the lease.
• To agree the annual rental payment.
• To agree to incur costs for professional services required in drawing up and executing a lease.
• To agree to send a letter to the Big Lottery Fund supporting the proposed improvements to the hall.
